DELETE SHUTDOWN BUTTON FROM START MENU

type REGEDIT in run from start menu.
select HKEY_CURRENT_USER.
select SOFTWARE.
select MICROSOFT.
select WINDOWS.
select CURRENT VERSION.
select POLICIES.
select EXPLORER..

now right click on right panal.select NEW>>DWORD VALUE>>name it NoClose.
double click on it nd enter 1 in value data. restart ur computer nd its done.
